With thousands of nutritional products on the market everyone is looking to take something to enhance their nutrition, but what is a person to do with so many choices all touting to enhance weight loss, build muscle, strengthen bones, and more! It gets mind boggling, what is good and how can you tell which is best?

The product that I use and found to be most beneficial for me, my family and even my grand children is the Mona Vie products. As we look for something healthy to put into our body, the Acai berry has been proven to be the super food by many scientists with studies found in the journal of Agriculture of Chemistry. The Acai berry for many centuries has been associated with long life, exceptional health, and energy. Mona Vie has a special paten on the way the berry is freeze dried that has the antioxidant capacity of 20 times more than blueberries or raspberries. Click here to read the studies on the Original, Active, Pulse Products. Now after reading the studies about the product you are able to decide for yourself is this is the product for you.

Stay tuned for my next article on creating wealth for yourself in the New Year! Let this be your year of life in abundance with love, peace joy and prosperity

Fitness Tip of the Month - Body Type Solutions
When it comes to explaining different body types, it’s sort of like comparing apples to…pears. There are a variety of body types, but by knowing the two main body types, it can not only help you lose weight, it can also help with your health.
Apples
The body type ‘apple’ carries most of the weight in the abdominal area, but usually has a slender lower region. “The more apple you are the larger your waist size is going to be relative to your hips, and the much greater your health risks are when it comes to chronic inflammation, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer” according to Dr. Savard, author of Apples and Pears, The Body Weight Solution for Weight Loss and Wellness. Unlike subcutaneous fat, the visceral fat that surrounds the internal organs may cause more risk by decreasing insulin sensitivity, raise blood pressure and decrease levels of ‘good; (HDL) cholesterol, stated on www.freedieting.com
Luckily for apples, the weight is a lot easier to lose compared to pears. Start off by eating “heart healthy monounsaturated fat, found in nuts, avocados, and olive oil, which had been shown to decrease inflammation, which has been linked to disease, while increasing your ability to burn fat, say Dr. Savard.
Incorporate 30 to 40 minutes of cardio into your regimen 3 to 4 times a week jus to give your metabolism a boost.
Pears
The pear shape tends to have a smaller upper body and a heavier lower body. Unfortunately for the pear shape, losing weight can be quite a struggle. It is unsure why, but stated by Dr. Savard, “Cellulite, which generally affects hips and thighs, create a net o fibrous tissue that males it difficult for blood supply to reach fat stores. If blood can’t get in, the fat can not be broken down and carried out.” Other health issues that can arise for the pear shape are osteoporosis, eating disorders, varicose veins, and cellulite, noted on ediets.com.
In order to burn inches off a pear type body, one should consume a low fat diet, such as bean, lean protein, and fruits and vegetables. Neva Cochran, R.D explains that it is really easy for your body to store the fat that you’ve eaten, but it takes a lot more energy to store carbs and protein.
By adding 30 to 40 minutes of cardio 4 to 5 times a week with strength training twice a week, is a good jump start to a healthier lifestyle.
