Nonfat Yogurt w/ fruit Cereal on top

Creamy Greek yogurt is the tastiest I find or Indian yogurt. Both are hard to find; but worth the effort; they have little to no sugar and the best flavor! Yogurt is a great source of protein and the berries are natural antioxidants. Adding a whole grain cereal that is low in sugar is a great source of fiber. This makes a great way to start your day for breakfast or a snack a mid-afternoon to boost your energy levels. Either way it is a winning meal!
