Fruit Smoothie with Yogurt and Almond Butter

Serves 2 people or one person for morning and mid-morning snack
Preparation time 10 minutes
One banana
One handful of strawberries
One handful of blueberries
One cup of ice
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
1-2 tablespoons raw non-fat yogurt
2-3 cups of distilled water
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until nice and smooth. I always purchase the fruit listed above, clean it and put it in the freezer so I also have fresh frozen fruit on hand for my morning smoothies; great way to start the day!
