Breakfast Burrito

Sprouted whole tortillas
One ripe avocado
One handful of your favorite sprouts
Thinly sliced cucumbers
Your favorite hummus spread
Onions –optional
Fresh jalapeño peppers optional sliced thinly
Tomatoes sliced thinly
One carrot sliced thinly
Large leaf lettuce
Salt pepper to taste
Heat the tortillas on a dry non stick frying pan and spread the hummus on the tortilla, and assemble all the ingredients you would like inside your breakfast. This makes a great lunch time or dinner time burrito too!!
- Note if you don’t like hummus; you can spread the avocado on the tortilla instead and add salsa and have a completely different flavor of burrito w/o the meat, beans and rice just healthy veggies! Just add the veggies YOU like!
